PenCity Returns
PenCity has a 30-day no questions asked Return Policy.  Customer is responsible for returning the
product to us. If your return is due to our error we will refund shipping costs charged by us as well. Refunds
will be made in the same form as your original payment.  We cannot accept items that are returned more
than 30 days after invoice date or items that are not in their original packaging. You will be notified via e-mail
after we have received and processed your return.  You should expect a notification within 10 -15 business
days. Please do not return in standard envelope; please return in padded envelope or box.  We are not responsible for
lost or damaged returns not packaged properly.
