Price is not a selling point we feature, however most items we stock are offered at a significant discount to manufacturers suggested retail price. All orders are shipped out of our distribution center in north Georgia.
We guarantee that every purchase you make at PenCity.com will be 100% safe. You are liable for no more than $50.00 if your credit card is used fraudulently, under the Fair Credit Billing Act. PenCity will reimburse you for that amount if an unauthorized use of your card resulted from a purchase at PenCity.com using our secure server, provided you notified your credit card issuer according to its rules and regulations.
