Our mission is to provide a service to the public, by offering a broad selection of writing instruments, with an easy on-line ordering method, and fast shipping.  Our specialization allows us to devote our full attention to this endeavor.  PenCity.com is privately owned and operated.  We are successful because of our efficient system and high standard of customer service.  Price is not a selling point we feature, however most items we stock are offered at a significant discount to manufacturers suggested retail price.  All orders are shipped out of our distribution center in north Georgia.

PenCity buys all of its stock in bulk, therefore individual special orders are not currently available.  Please refer to our Product Request Form to let us know what you are looking for.
