Clairefontaine's fine art paper is manufactured at the Schut paper mill in the Netherlands. Almost 400 years of paper making experience and proven, traditional methods contribute to making this paper an excellent support for watercolor, gouache and other watercolor or oil-based mediums.  Schut also manufactures paper for dry techniques, such as drawing paper.
