The Leaning Pen of Pisa was created to honor one of the most extraordinary examples of architecture in history.  In the design of this piece, Kane Boutry used a copy of the original Pisa blueprints in order to precisely recreate the image.  The cap leans to the exact degree of the actual building when placed on a flat surface.   The overlay is cast of solid Sterling silver on a base of a Pelikan M800 fountain pen.   This piece was commissioned by PenCity for exclusive world-wide distribution and is not available through Pelikan.  Only two (2) pieces will be available in solid 18K gold.
